Northgate Crossing

The Lakota Group was engaged by Reva Development Partners to provide land planning and site and landscape design for Northgate Crossing, a 20 acre, 288-unit luxury, transit-oriented multifamily development in Wheeling, Illinois. Northgate Crossing consists of nine three-story buildings, with 32 units in each building, along with 10 private, attached garages. A luxury clubhouse serves as a gathering place for residents and includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, theater and gaming room, clubroom, demonstration kitchen and internet and business center.  Other amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor grill kitchen, bocce court, fire pit and dog park.  The build out was completed in Fall 2016.
