Deer Park Crossing
Deer Park, IllinoisThe Lakota Group was engaged by Reva Development Partners and Hamilton Partners to provide land planning and site and landscape design for Deer Park Crossing, a 11.2 acre, 236-unit luxury multi-family development. The development features include a clubhouse with a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit that overlook wetlands, walking trails, a park with a grill area and bocce ball court, dog park, and extensive landscaping. Construction began in Fall 2016 with an anticipated final completion in Fall 2018.
