Delnor Hospital Campus Master Plan

Lakota developed a master plan for Delnor Hospital’s 67-acre campus in Geneva, Illinois. The plan comprises a series of concepts for campus sub-areas, including parking enhancements, detailed landscape plans, streetscape improvements, a new circulation plan, and the development of a wayfinding system. Priority levels were established for projects, with high-priority projects moving directly into detailed design. Within two years of the plan’s completion, five high-priority projects have been constructed, including three new hospital entrances and a major addition to the Cancer Center, which showcases Cadence Health’s commitment to improving the hospital’s brand and image.
