Master Plan alternatives for a town center on a 72-acre site near a major interchange
along the Northwest Tollway in Chicago's northwest suburbs. The Plan highlights the potential for a large, mixed-use development with a central plaza and creek walk. Design sketches were also prepared for the property owner to illustrate development scale and design character.
Subsequent steps included rezoning and
annexation of the property into the Village of Hoffman Estates.
