Parkway North Center
Master Plan and Landscape / Signage Design:
The Lakota Group was commissioned by
CarrAmerica, a national real estate investment trust, to prepare a campus plan, landscape design, and signage design for this Class A corporate park. Lakota simplified the site’s original annexation agreement, clustered several large office buildings around an expanded
lake/stormwater feature, created new directional/identity signage, established an interconnected walking path, and redesigned the day care center’s playground facilities and the site’s overall landscape features.
