Following the approval of
its Downtown Master Plan, Palatine retained Lakota to prepare a Streetscape Design for a two-block section of Slade Street and adjacent
railwalk. The design follows the guidelines established by the Downtown Master Plan and serves as a “Model Block” that sets the character and quality for future
improvements and development, including decorative street and railwalk sign designs.
