Corridor Plan and Signage Design: |

| Lakota prepared a Master Plan for
the 3.7-mile Ogden Avenue Corridor in the Village of Downers Grove. The Plan
includs recommendations to revitalize/redevelop it as an active commercial
corridor and addressed new development sites, circulation, parking, and streetscape improvements.
Lakota
also was commissioned by the Village to design identity and directional signage
for Odgen. Signage elements included decorative street signs, minor and major directional signs, and gateways.
The Plan identified 24 redevelopment
sites ranging in size from 2,400 square feet to 111,100 square feet. It also consolidated
308 curb cuts along the corridor to 196.
