| The I-94 Area Plan for the Village of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, provides a vision for how the community can grow and develop in the future. The Plan sets a new direction for 8,000 acres of the Village by proposing a modern Business Park along I-94, a mixed-use Town Center that will serve as a commercial and social center, attractive neighborhoods oriented towards schools and parks, and a large interconnected greenway system.
