| Lakota prepared a Master Plan and
Streetscape Design for Chicago’s Lincoln Square and North Center commercial areas. The Plan
defines new development opportunities, train station improvements, street realignment, and shared-parking opportunities.
The Streetscape/Signage Design, which
was prepared with McDonough Associates and Guajardo Associates, includes
special identity light piers and gateways and reconstruction of Giddings
Plaza.
S.B. Friedman and Company prepared the
market analysis for the North Center commercial area.
