Grove Downtown Plan and Plaza/Streetscape Design: |

| Lakota prepared a
Downtown Master Plan for the Village of Downers Grove. The Plan includes recommendations to revitalize/redevelop
Downtown as an active town center and addresses new development sites, circulation, parking, streetscape improvements, and the
Main Street Plaza adjacent to the train station.
The Village also commissioned Lakota to design the plaza, which became a new central gathering place.
Lakota also assisted with developer request-for-proposals for key Downtown sites.
Lakota received an award from the Consulting Engineers Council of Illinois for the Downtown Plan.
