Phase III: Strategic Plan

Based on work of the first two phases, a draft Strategic Historic Preservation Plan will be prepared for community comment and discussion through workshops and focus groups in order to gain consensus about strategic preservation planning goals, objectives and programs. A final Strategic Historic Preservation Plan will then be prepared and presented to the San Antonio City Council in early August 2009.
